What does my warranty cover?
Your warranty covers you for the repair or replacement of thousands of parts of parts, including the labour times to repair or replace them. Our motorhome and RV warranties include up to 6,000 mechanical, electrical and electronic components, whilst our motorcycle warranties cover up to 3,000. Please refer to the different plan types in the main menu.
What does my warranty NOT cover?
Naturally there are some parts and faults that we just can’t cover such as bodywork, trim, general maintenance and service items.
Our top plans are so advanced that it’s just impossible to list every item that’s covered, so we’ve only listed the exclusions. Our lower plans lists the items covered so anything not shown is specifically excluded.

How many claims can I make?
You can make unlimited claims with each one up to your chosen claim limit. All claims include the cost of parts, labour and VAT.
For each claim, we’ll pay up to your chosen claim limit. Please contact your selling dealer to discuss the claim limits they offer.
How do I make a claim?
Before you have any work carried out, you must contact us so we can log the fault and initiate your claim. You can do this by using our online claims form here, calling us on 0800 060 8612 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Our advisors will talk you through the claims process and are on hand to answer any queries.
Note: We won’t be able to pay for any repairs that are carried out without our authorisation.
Where do I take my vehicle for repairs?
We have a nationwide network of approved repairers that we can recommend. If you use one of ours, we’ll settle claims payments directly with them.
You can also use your own garage if you’d prefer, however please note that any excess labour fees above our standard rates will be your responsibility.
Some of our dealers offer the option of higher labour rates, for instance where vehicles that may require specialist repairs or need to go to a main dealer for the required works. Please speak with your dealer if you need higher labour rates including in your cover.
